Jim’s Building Service was founded in 1977 by Jim Kary. His son, Jess Kary, joined the company in 1988. Together they built and expanded the business, incorporating in 2002. Jim retired in 2013 and Jess took over as sole owner. JBS is dedicated to serving its customers with unparalleled excellence. With over forty years experience in residential and commercial construction, the team at JBS works closely with local building officials on a daily basis and stays on top of ever-changing codes.
